Below you’ll find answers to some of the questions we get asked most often. If your question isn’t covered here, please get in touch.
Yes we are. But we are taking measures to eliminate person-to-person contact, including only accepting electronic payments.
Our name is WA15, but we cover other areas too—what can we say, people recommended us to friends and we’ve grown. Take a look at our coverage map to see everywhere we cover.
We often get asked do we clean this or that. Take a look at our services page to see our full list of services.
We are fully covered by public liability insurance. And we can provide all the necessary health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, if required.
Yes. We use the latest water-fed-pole technology. This enables us to clean up to 45ft (about 14 metres) from the safety of the ground. If you need something a bit higher up* cleaning, we can use an access platform. Either way, you can be sure that we’ll do a good job and comply with all health and safety regulations.
* We do have our limits. If you’re on the top floor of Deansgate Square, we’ll be happy to recommend somebody else!
That’s right. We use the very latest in water-fed-pole technology and ultra-pure water to clean conservatory roofs, fascias and soffits and cladding. In fact, we can clean just about anything glass or uPVC on your property. A bonus of this is that because we bring our own tank of ultra-purified water, we’re able to do as good a job on the last property of the day as the first.
We always strive to be competitive, but sometimes the old adage is true: you get what you pay for.
Some people offer cheaper patio/driveway cleaning, but you need to ask yourself how long it will last? We pre-treat with weedkiller and anti-fungicides to kill off any live growth, and only then use a commercial-grade pressure washer to remove the dirt and grime that has built up over time. This way not only will your patio look brilliant when we’re done, the effect will last for many months or years. Can your other supplier say the same?
Yes, we actually prefer them. Many of our clients pay by Direct Debit, or if you prefer, you can pay by bank transfer.
Because we started out cleaning windows in, you guessed it, the WA15 postcode area. But people kept recommending us to friends and asking us to do more things. We considered changing the company name to “WA13, WA14, WA15, M33 and parts of WA16 Window, Patio, Driveway and Gutter Cleaning”, but it wouldn’t fit on the van. And nobody wants to type a URL that long! Take a look at our coverage map and services page to see what we now do.
We’re happy to provide any customer with a receipt. But we only offer payment on invoice to trusted commercial customers.
Because we found that our photos were cropping up on the sites of less reputable service providers. They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but we don’t want our photos used to mislead customers just looking for a reliable exterior cleaner.
